## Tamaris Development Program (TDP)
The TDP is designed to cultivate future leaders within our organization. We are looking for specialists in the following tracks:
1. Investment & Commercial
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, or Consulting.
* Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, business valuation, and financial projections. Knowledge of M&A and infrastructure financing is a distinct advantage.
2. Risk Management
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Data Risk Analyst or in relevant data control/assurance roles.
* Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and Excel. Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning (ARIMA, LSTM), and risk assessment frameworks.
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (GPA min 3.30).
* Experience: 2+ years in project planning or control.
* Skills: Proficient in project execution processes, WBS creation, scheduling, and resource management. Experience with MS Project or Primavera is preferred.
4. IT Staff
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems.
* Experience: At least 2 years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Skills: Expertise in network security, IoT, server management, API integration, and database management. Familiarity with AI and automation tools for operational efficiency is highly valued.
## Site-Based Technical and Operational Roles
We are hiring for various field positions located in Sumatera Utara to support our power plant operations.
* Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya & PLTM Silau): D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in power plant maintenance. Open to male candidates aged 20–30.
* PLTS Technician: S1 in Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in solar PV systems, including inverters, battery/ESS, and protection systems.
* PLTS Operator: SMK/D3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Focus on monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, and daily reporting.
* Admin GA (Site PLTA Batu Gajah): Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of HR/GA experience. This is a 3-month contract role covering maternity leave.
* Admin Finance (PLTM Manajur): D3 degree with 1+ years of experience in financial administration and accounting records.
