## About the SPS Corporate Management Trainee Program
The Management Trainee program is a structured development initiative specifically designed to cultivate the next generation of organizational leaders. Participants receive intensive training to master the operational nuances of our businesses, preparing them for pivotal management roles within a three-to-five-year timeframe.

## Available Management Trainee Tracks
We offer specialized training paths tailored to distinct functional areas. Candidates must meet a minimum GPA of 3.00 to qualify for these streams:
* MT Production/Maintenance/PPIC: Open to graduates holding degrees in Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* MT HRD: Open to graduates with degrees in Psychology or Law.
* MT Accounting: Open to graduates majoring in Accounting or Accounting Taxation.
## General Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this program, candidates must demonstrate a high degree of resilience, adaptability, and professional drive. The ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
* Age Limit: Fresh graduates no older than 25 years.
* Work Ethic: Strong capacity for hard work, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to thrive under high-pressure environments.
* Mindset: A competitive nature, eagerness to embrace new challenges, and a desire to grow within the organization.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English or Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational locations, including Ngoro, Gresik, Sragen, Subang, Sumbawa, or various sites across East, Central, and West Java.
