## Open Position: CoC Data Management
Sinar Mas Forestry is currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the team as a CoC Data Management specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain through precise administrative oversight and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Oversight: Managing and supervising administration regarding Production Result Reports (LHP).
* Data Analysis: Conducting comprehensive data analysis, accurate system input, and continuous monitoring of the SIPUHH Online and Woodtracking systems.
* Reporting: Preparing routine reports regarding forest product administration.
* Compliance Monitoring: Evaluating and monitoring the implementation of Chain of Custody (CoC) protocols to ensure regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications
Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or other related fields.
2. Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though individuals with one year of professional experience in forest administration or forest product management are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of forest product management regulations and procedures is essential.
4. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data processing and mastery of Microsoft Excel are required for this role.
5. Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation capabilities to effectively coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
6. Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
