## General Requirements for Applicants

1. Organization, Human Resources, and General Affairs (1 Formation)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* Academic Standard: Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of work experience.
* Key Skills: Strong command of English, high attention to detail, absolute integrity, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to excel independently or within a team under pressure.
2. Legal Affairs (2 Formations)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
* Academic Standard: Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Preferred Background: Proven expertise in legal drafting for regulations/decrees, drafting cooperation contracts, regulatory documentation, and investment law.
* Key Skills: Strong English proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, honesty, resilience under pressure, and robust teamwork capabilities.
3. Risk Management (1 Formation)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Financial Management or Accounting.
* Academic Standard: Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in risk management or investment management.
* Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
4. Money Market Investment (1 Formation)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Financial Administration, Financial Management, or related fields.
* Academic Standard: Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience in finance, investment, or accounting sectors.
* Key Skills: Strong grasp of money markets, capital markets, and financial sectors; advanced data processing and Microsoft Excel proficiency; valid English proficiency certificate issued within the last 2 years; professional financial certifications are highly preferred.
5. Capital Market Investment (2 Formations)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Economics, Financial Administration, Financial Management, or related fields.
* Academic Standard: Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting or finance.
* Preferred Qualifications: Experience in investment/financial analysis; certifications such as CFA, WMI, or BSMR Level 1; data analytics expertise (KNIME, Power BI, Python); TOEFL score of 500 or IELTS 6.0.
