# Call for Applications: Executive Leadership Positions at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Handayani
The Government of Gunungkidul Regency is officially seeking visionary and highly qualified professionals to fill the roles of President Director and Technical Director for Perumda Air Minum Tirta Handayani for the 2026–2031 term. As the regional water utility provider, the company plays a vital role in ensuring clean water accessibility for the citizens of Gunungkidul, and we are looking for leaders committed to operational excellence and organizational growth.
## General Requirements for Candidates
All applicants must meet the following baseline criteria to be considered for these leadership positions:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Professional Status: Cannot be a current State Civil Servant (ASN).
* Integrity: Must demonstrate high moral standards, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of honesty and dedication.
* Education:
President Director:* Minimum S1 degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Law, or Administration.
Technical Director:* Minimum S1 degree in Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a legal entity, including a proven history of team leadership.
* Age: Between 35 and 55 years old at the time of application.
* Legal Standing: Never involved in bankruptcies as a director or commissioner, and free from any criminal record or active penal sanctions.
* Political Neutrality: Not currently serving as a political party official or a candidate for any political office.
* Conflict of Interest: No familial relationships up to the third degree (by blood or marriage) with the Regent or current members of the Supervisory Board.
## Required Competencies
To ensure the selection of high-caliber leadership, candidates must demonstrate:
* A valid Certified Competency Certificate for Drinking Water Management (at least at the junior level).
* Comprehensive knowledge of regional government administration.
* Expertise in the management and technical requirements of public water utilities.
## Selection Process Overview
The selection process is designed to be rigorous, transparent, and merit-based:
1. Administrative Review: Verification of document completeness and eligibility.
2. Feasibility and Compliance Test (UKK):
* Psychometric Assessment: Conducted by a professional third-party institution.
* Written Expertise Examination: Covering business planning (for President Director) or technical efficiency strategies (for Technical Director) and local government policy.
* Paper Submission: An original, comprehensive strategy paper (7–10 pages) tailored to the specific role.
* Presentation and Interview: In-depth defense of the strategy paper before the selection panel.
3. Final Interview: A concluding evaluation conducted directly by the Regent of Gunungkidul for the top three candidates.
