2. Clinical Psychologist Expert
* Education: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology Profession (Magister Profesi Psikolog Klinis).
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical practice handling adult and child survivors of abuse.
* Credentials: Must hold a valid Psychologist Practice License (SIPP), Psychologist Registration Certificate (STR), adult clinical professional certificates, and specialized training credentials in psychodiagnostics and trauma therapy.

3. Information Technology Expert (Senior Programmer - 7 Years Experience)
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (Private University) or 2.75 (Public University).
* Technical Expertise: Minimum 7 years of programming experience. Mastery of modern Laravel frameworks, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Linux Servers, REST APIs, and core languages including PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript, and CSS. Strong background in software development life cycles and project management.

* Credentials: Must hold a valid Advocate Card (KTA) and preferred certifications in mediation, child justice, and KtP/A frameworks.

6. Paralegal Personnel
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law or Legal Science.
* Age Limit: Maximum 50 years old at the time of application.
* Scope: Must be willing to be deployed across any designated region within the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Mediation and victim advocacy training certifications are heavily prioritized.

7. Thousand Islands Complaint Post Paralegal
