## General Requirements for Leadership Roles
While specific technical qualifications vary by position, all candidates are expected to meet the following foundational criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) is required; a Master’s degree (S2) is highly preferred. Fields of study must align with the respective division or department.
* Professional Experience: Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
