## General Administrative Requirements
Before applying for any specific department, candidates must prepare the following mandatory documentation:

* Official Cover Letter: Issued by your university and addressed to the Head of the Legislative Human Resources Competency Development Center (PUSBANGKOM) of the DPR RI Secretariat General, detailing your internship objectives and preferred topic.
* Academic Records: A copy of your Study Plan Card (KRS) and current Academic Transcript.
* Professional Documentation: An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a copy of your Student ID (KTM).
* Personal Identification: Two 2x3 photos with a red background.
* Recommendation: An official letter of recommendation from your faculty or institution.

1. Plenary Session Division (Administration)
* Capacity: 2 Participants
* Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; must own a personal laptop; demonstrated professionalism and discipline.

2. Minutes Division (Record Keeping)
* Capacity: 1 Participant
* Eligibility: Active S1/D4 students in Public Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration, or Archival Science.
* Key Skills: Understanding of archival governance, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and high attention to detail.
* Deadline: September 21, 2026.

3. Building and Facilities Division (Assistant Roles)
* Capacity: 6 Participants
* Specializations: Building management, Electrical, and Mechanical systems.
* Key Skills: Competency in AutoCAD, technical presentation skills, simple Bill of Quantities (RAB) calculation, and knowledge of plumbing, sanitation, electrical systems, and vertical transportation (lifts/escalators).

* Duties: Assisting in the review of BPK RI audit reports, summarizing findings, and performing data analysis.
* Internship Period: November 10, 2026 – December 18, 2026.

## Code of Conduct and Professional Expectations
All interns are expected to uphold the core values of the DPR RI Secretariat General, known as BERAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative).

* Attendance: Full-time commitment is required (08:00 WIB to 16:00 WIB). No academic coursework should overlap with internship hours.
* Professional Attire: Participants must dress formally. Jeans and T-shirts are strictly prohibited; formal dress pants and button-down shirts are required.
* Identification: The university alma mater jacket and the provided ID card must be worn at all times while on the premises.
* Conduct: Maintain a polite and respectful demeanor throughout the duration of the program.
