1. Policy and Program Expert (Tenaga Ahli Kebijakan & Program)
As a senior expert, you will take the lead in developing foundational frameworks and strategic recommendations for the higher education sector.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Draft comprehensive frameworks, formulations, and policy recommendations focusing on higher education development for the 2025–2029 RPJMN Draft.
* Assist in executing various essential tasks within the broader scope of higher education, science, and technology.
2. Policy and Program Assistant Expert (Assisten Tenaga Ahli Kebijakan & Program)
This role supports the senior team in conducting rigorous research and compiling vital data to back strategic educational initiatives.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Support the formulation of frameworks, outlines, and strategic recommendations for higher education development within the 2025–2029 RPJMN Draft.
* Assist with supplementary tasks and assignments related to science, technology, and higher education initiatives.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications for Policy and Program Expert:
* Education: Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in Public Policy, Social Sciences and Humanities, Education Science, Economics, Statistics, or other relevant fields, coupled with demonstrated experience in educational policy research.
* Experience: At least two years of professional experience in a related field.
* Interest & Skills: A strong passion for higher education policy issues, with a distinct preference for candidates experienced in research, report writing, and academic studies concerning education.
* Employment Status: Must not currently hold an ASN (Civil Servant / CPNS / PPPK) status or be actively participating in an ongoing ASN selection process.

* Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, deeply committed, motivated, and capable of excelling both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications for Policy and Program Assistant Expert:
