The Center for Competency Development for Water Resources, Human Settlements, and Strategic Infrastructure (Pusbangkom SDA CK PS) operates under the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing of the Republic of Indonesia. Tasked with advancing technical expertise in water management, urban development, and national strategic infrastructure, the organization is currently seeking dedicated professionals to join its expert team.
We are currently recruiting for two specialized roles to support our curriculum development and digital learning initiatives.
## 1. Assistant Expert: Curriculum and Module Development
This role is pivotal in shaping the educational frameworks that empower our workforce. We are looking for a candidate who can translate complex technical requirements into effective, structured learning experiences.
Key Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering Education, Building Engineering Education, or Educational Technology.
* Experience: A minimum of six months in developing educational or training curricula and modules.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Expertise in hierarchical learning frameworks (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains).
* Ability to design comprehensive training curricula, including syllabi and detailed Lesson Plans (RPP).
* Proficiency in creating interactive module layouts.
* Strong understanding of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and assessment methodology.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior experts to design curriculum structures, modules, question banks, and presentation materials.
* Draft formal training curriculum handbooks and pedagogical guidelines.
* Participate actively in discussions regarding the update and refinement of training modules.
* Prepare professional monthly and final progress reports.
## 2. Assistant Expert: E-Learning Material Preparation
As digital transformation remains a priority, we are seeking a creative professional to translate technical knowledge into engaging multimedia formats for our e-learning platforms.
Key Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, video production, or interactive multimedia.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Ability to develop detailed storyboards, flowcharts, and learning media scripts.
* Strong design acumen, including visual hierarchy, UI design principles, and consistent brand application.
* Advanced skills in professional creative software (Adobe Creative Suite) and e-learning authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline 360.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), gamification, and metaverse applications.
Responsibilities
* Assist senior experts in creating the core content outlines (GBIM) and instructional flowcharts.
* Develop comprehensive storyboards and multimedia assets to support e-learning initiatives.
* Create, edit, and finalize interactive e-learning materials.
* Provide technical support during e-learning content review sessions.
* Document project milestones through structured monthly and final reports.
