## Available Positions and Professional Requirements
We are seeking skilled individuals to fill various roles essential to the success of our 2026 program. The available positions include:
* Regional Coordinator / Water Supply Specialist: Responsible for high-level oversight and technical guidance.
* Assistant Financial Advisor (APK): Manages financial integrity and reporting for regional activities.
* Administrative and Financial Assistant (AKK): Supports the operational and fiscal management of local projects.
* Community Facilitator (FM): Acts as the primary liaison between the program and the local community.
General Qualifications
To be eligible for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Proficiency in computer operation, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong verbal communication skills and a proven track record in community-based facilitation.
* Willingness to commit to a full-time, field-based placement.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
* Not currently serving as a Civil Servant (ASN) or holding a permanent employment contract elsewhere.
* Not a current board member of local community institutions (BKM/LKM/KSM).
* Must not be a member of a political party or a candidate for legislative office.
## Specialized Role Specifications
Depending on the position, candidates should possess specific academic and professional backgrounds:
1. Regional Coordinator: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering. Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Pamsimas Regional Coordinator, 3 years as a Pamsimas Technical Facilitator, or 4 years in water-related programs.
2. Assistant Financial Advisor (APK): Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting. Requires at least 1 year of experience as a Pamsimas Financial Assistant or 2 years as a Pamsimas Financial Facilitator.
3. Administrative and Financial Assistant (AKK): Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or Community Development, with at least 1 year of experience in community-based water programs.
4. Community Facilitator (FM): Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, or Irrigation Engineering. Preference is given to those with prior Pamsimas experience.
