## Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Trainee
The Business Development Trainee role is designed for high-potential individuals who thrive in fast-paced, field-oriented environments. You will be at the forefront of market expansion and sales excellence, with duties including:
* Strategic Sales Management: Assisting the Regional Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, managing order planning, and ensuring all company business objectives are met.
* Field Operations: Spending approximately 80% of your time in the field to coach, monitor, and develop team performance while ensuring operational excellence.
* Territory and Route Planning: Expertly designing Journey Plans (PJP) and exercising rigorous control over territory management.
* Market Expansion: Proactively acquiring new outlets across both General Trade (GT) and local supermarkets (MTI).
* Asset Management: Implementing continuous asset tracking to prevent loss and ensure the productivity of company resources.
* Data Analysis: Providing detailed reporting and analyzing business data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
