Key Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum High School diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience operating a reach truck is strictly required.
* Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to operate reach truck machinery safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting.
* Certification: Possession of an active, valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is mandatory.
* Availability: Must be fully prepared and willing to work in a rotating shift system.
