## Job Role: Production Engineering
As a key member of our engineering division, you will play a vital role in optimizing manufacturing workflows, maintaining equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement across the plant floor.
Core Responsibilities
* Schedule Management: Develop comprehensive daily production schedules and oversee routine machinery maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
* Process Control & Evaluation: Monitor daily operational metrics to ensure targets are met, while continuously analyzing efficiency and productivity levels to propose performance enhancement programs.
* Standardization: Draft, evaluate, and update vital Work Instructions (WI) alongside precise production parameters.
* Troubleshooting & RCA: Resolve manufacturing bottlenecks by executing rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions.
* Reporting & Compliance: Generate detailed performance reports paired with actionable process improvement recommendations, ensuring total adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and company policies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with related departments to guarantee seamless operational synergy between production and maintenance teams.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this demanding and rewarding environment, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Production Engineering professional within a manufacturing environment.
* System Knowledge: Solid comprehension of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems implementation.
* Technical Expertise: Proven competency in productivity analysis, measuring manufacturing efficiency, and applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent frameworks.
* Operational Insight: Strong familiarity with general manufacturing processes, production machinery fundamentals, and basic equipment maintenance.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving prowess, strong interpersonal communication, and the capacity to excel both independently and within a collaborative team.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel data management.
