Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing specialized technical candidates—including heavy equipment operators, drivers, mechanics, and engineers—utilizing digital job portals, headhunting strategies, and industry networks.
* Conducting CV screening, initial interviews, and psychological assessments, alongside coordinating subsequent user interview schedules.
* Verifying comprehensive candidate documentation, which includes validating official competency certifications (such as SIO) and reviewing employment histories.
* Managing the complete onboarding pipeline, including scheduling mandatory "Fit to Work" medical check-ups (MCU), coordinating Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) inductions, and securing official site entry permits.
* Maintaining precise candidate document archiving and generating consistent recruitment reports.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
* Possess a minimum of 3 years of proven recruitment experience within the mining industry or mining contracting sector.
