## General Qualifications and Requirements

* Age Limits:
* Maximum 35 years old for the HRGA Superintendent role.
* Maximum 25 years old for the HRGA Administration role.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree, preferably from a major relevant to Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Professional Experience:
* At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for the HRGA Superintendent position.
* Fresh graduates with documented internship experience are highly encouraged to apply for the HRGA Administration position.
* Core Competencies: Must demonstrate high accuracy, agility, exceptional communication skills, strong loyalty, and an exemplary work ethic.
