* Adhere strictly to company Work Instructions and safety guidelines.
* Compile and submit accurate daily production reports to supervisory staff.

* Minimum education level of Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Physically and mentally fit to handle manufacturing duties.
* Free from color blindness and dust allergies.
* Highly detail-oriented, agile, honest, disciplined, and accountable.
* Prior factory or manufacturing experience is considered a strong advantage.
* Ready to meet production targets, work in a shift system, and handle overtime when required.
