This role is essential in maintaining the operational excellence of our clients. As a Food Techno Commercial expert, you will act as the primary bridge between our products and the client’s success.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels to prevent shortages, ensure products remain within their expiry dates, and strictly enforce First-In-First-Out (FIFO) protocols.
* Technical Support: Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, troubleshooting assistance, and formal training for staff on equipment usage according to SOPs.
* On-Site Service: Conduct site surveys, manage equipment installations, and maintain rigorous cleanliness standards throughout the work area.
* Reporting: Manage daily activity logs, ensure client feedback forms are completed, and proactively report on equipment needs and spare part availability.

* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
