* Education: Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in Architecture, accompanied by a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design or Urban Planning.
* Experience: At least 7 years in concept development and/or basic design development; minimum 5 years of leadership experience as a Team Leader.

2. Co-Team Leader / Urban Planning Expert (CoTL)
