## The Role: Human Resources Intern
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global manufacturing environment, assisting in the operational excellence of our human resources department.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern at our facility, you will play a vital role in supporting our team’s daily functions. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Data Monitoring and Analytics: Assist in the ongoing monitoring of HR metrics and the tracking of service performance indicators.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update essential Excel-based trackers and generate concise summary reports for leadership review.
* Administrative Support: Coordinate the preparation of meeting materials, draft comprehensive Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure all process records are accurately archived.
* Process Improvement: Participate in research initiatives and departmental projects aimed at identifying and implementing opportunities for service optimization.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced professional environment. To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
1. Academic Background: Currently in your final year of undergraduate studies or a recent graduate in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology.
2. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio is highly advantageous.
3. Core Competencies: A keen eye for detail, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, to facilitate effective cross-functional coordination.
4. Availability: Must be willing to be based at our operational site in the Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.
