## Job Description: Colour Matching Operator (Flexography)
We are currently looking for a skilled Colour Matching Operator specializing in flexography printing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest quality standards for our packaging products through precise ink formulation and color consistency.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably with a major in Graphics or Printing Technology.
* Professional Experience: Proven hands-on experience working as a Colour Matching Operator within the flexography printing industry.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of ink color mixing formulations and color management.
* Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Working Style: Proven ability to excel both independently and as a collaborative team player.
