## Core Responsibilities of the HRD Staff
As an integral member of our HRD and General Affairs department, you will manage a diverse portfolio of human resource functions designed to support our growing workforce. Your primary daily duties will include:
* Talent Acquisition & Screening: Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates against strict company qualifications to ensure the best cultural and technical fit.
* Job Advertisements: Design, draft, and publish strategic job vacancy advertisements across relevant employment platforms.
* Candidate Interviews: Conduct thorough initial and secondary interviews to assess candidate capabilities and motivations.
* Psychological Evaluation & Reporting: Administer psychological testing tools, accurately score assessments, and compile comprehensive psychological reports (psychograms) for recruitment decision-making.
* Employee Onboarding: Develop and deliver engaging orientation materials to seamlessly integrate new hires into the company culture.
* Training Coordination: Plan and coordinate monthly HRD-GA training sessions while managing comprehensive training evaluation reports.
* ISO Document Control: Oversee, update, and regulate ISO documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental forms, within the HRD-GA division.
* Employment Administration: Oversee the management, issuance, and tracking of employee work contracts.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
2. Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, though candidates with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience in recruitment are also welcome.
3. Technical Competencies:
* Proficient in Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques.
* Deep understanding of psychological testing tools and accurate scoring methodologies.
* Proven capability to create detailed psychological reports specifically tailored for recruitment needs.
4. Computer Literacy: Fully adept at utilizing productivity software, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and related office applications.
5. Work Location: Must be willing to be stationed at our manufacturing facility in Karawang, West Java.
6. Availability: Able to join our team as soon as possible (ASAP).
