## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our high standards of operational excellence are maintained, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) up to a Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1), depending on the specific requirements of the role.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the same position is mandatory, with proven experience in the coal mining industry.
3. Certifications:
* POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama): Required for Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer positions.
* Welding Certification: Required for the Welder position.
4. Operational Proficiency: Deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), mining operations, and rigorous Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
5. Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.
6. Readiness: Must be physically fit to work in operational mining areas and willing to follow the company’s roster system.
## Placement and Working Conditions
* Work Location: South Kalimantan.
* Roster System: 10 weeks of work followed by 2 weeks off (10:2).
