1. Admin Operation

* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor petty cash and emergency petty cash balances directly from vessels.
* Process requests for standard and emergency petty cash funds.
* Recap invoices and verify final disbursement accounts submitted by agents.
* Compile and submit daily Vessel Daily Report (VDR) documentation to the corporate group.
* Track ship bills and carefully monitor ongoing payments.
* Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
* 2 to 5 years of proven administrative support experience, ideally within the shipping or logistics sector.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Extensive knowledge of vessel operations, specifically regarding Tugs & Barges, Tankers, and SPOBs.
* Deep familiarity with port clearance procedures, permit issuance, and Indonesian maritime regulations.

5. Port Engineer
Our Port Engineer takes full technical ownership of vessel maintenance, repair schedules, and the execution of all engineering requirements.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee vessel maintenance, emergency repairs, and shipyard activities.
* Develop annual repair, maintenance, and capital expenditure budgets.
* Act as the primary technical liaison with vessel Chief Engineers and Captains.

6. Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / Electrical)
