## About the Sales Representative Trainee Program
This six-month intensive program is specifically designed to accelerate your professional growth and equip you with the expertise required to excel in the competitive heavy equipment industry. The program is structured to provide a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical field experience.
Program Structure and Timeline
The trainee journey is divided into two primary phases to ensure you are fully prepared for your role:
1. Intensive In-Class Training (3 Months): Conducted at the Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor. During this phase, you will master essential sales techniques and gain deep insights into our Caterpillar product line.
2. On-the-Job Training (3 Months): You will be deployed to one of our branch offices to apply your knowledge in a real-world environment, working alongside seasoned industry professionals.
3. Final Evaluation: A comprehensive review will be conducted at the end of the program to assess your readiness for permanent placement.
4. Professional Appointment: Upon successful graduation, you will be officially hired as a Sales Representative and assigned to one of our branch locations across Indonesia.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for motivated, high-potential individuals who are ready to make a significant impact. To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree. Candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
* Experience: Previous sales experience (up to 2 years) in banking, insurance, industrial materials, or heavy equipment is an advantage, though fresh graduates from the specified engineering fields are welcome to apply.
* Essential Documents: Possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A).
* Flexibility: Willingness to be placed at any of our branch locations throughout Indonesia.
