Our expansive 2,600-square-meter facility in West Jakarta serves as a comprehensive "one-stop" workshop. To ensure we meet the most rigorous technical specifications, our production line is equipped with five advanced CNC sealing machines—utilizing precision technology from Seal Master (DMH GmbH)—capable of handling diameters up to 500 mm, alongside a full suite of specialized machinery for hydraulic maintenance and fabrication.

We are currently looking for talented professionals to join our growing team. If you are passionate about precision engineering and industrial innovation, consider these open positions:
1. Welder
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMA/SMK education.
* Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* 3G–6G welding certification is highly advantageous.
* At least 2 years of experience welding hydraulic tubes and rods.
* Strong familiarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers) and technical drawing interpretation.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMK education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience as an Assembly Operator or Technician in the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Proficiency in using calipers and interpreting technical blueprints.
3. Sales Support
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMK education.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general administration.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and document preparation (quotations).
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an agile, proactive mindset.
4. Inspector
* Qualifications:
* Minimum SMK education in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal sectors.
* Ability to produce 2D and 3D technical drawings.
* Competence in using vernier calipers and micrometers for rigorous quality control.
* Comprehensive understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in production planning.
* Expertise in scheduling and monitoring production flows from raw material procurement to finished goods.
* Ability to plan and oversee onsite project execution.
* Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
