2. Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT)

3. Office Assistant Trainee (OAT)

## The 12-Month Professional Roadmap

* Months 1–3 (Technical Learning): Participate in intensive training at the SIPEF Training Center, covering SOPs, health and safety (K3) standards, and corporate culture.
* Months 4–6 (OJT-1 & Mid-Term Assessment): Gain direct exposure to plantation or mill operations. The semester concludes with a formal assessment where you present your project work to a board of assessors.
* Months 7–9 (Supporting Functions): Gain exposure to head office operations, including Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Sustainability, and IT to understand the business ecosystem.
* Months 10–12 (OJT-2 & Final Assessment): Take on higher levels of responsibility, including planning, monitoring, and problem-solving. The final assessment validates your readiness to transition into a permanent Assistant position.
