PT Tanjung Power Indonesia (TPI) stands as a cornerstone of energy infrastructure in South Kalimantan. As a strategic joint venture between PT Adaro Power (65%) and PT East-West Power Indonesia (35%), our company is dedicated to powering the region through the operation of the Tanjung Power Plant. Spanning 42 hectares in the Murung Pundak District of Tabalong Regency, our 2×100 MW facility is officially designated as a National Vital Object. To maintain our operational excellence and support our growing workforce, we are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Staff member to join our onsite team.
## Key Responsibilities for the HR Staff Role
The successful candidate will play an integral role in the daily administration and strategic support of our human resources operations. Your primary duties will include:
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with end-to-end recruitment cycles and facilitating seamless onboarding processes aligned with company standards.
* Remuneration and Database Management: Administering onsite employee compensation and maintaining the accuracy of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
* Administrative Support: Managing documentation for employee health care, attendance tracking, reference letters, and necessary permits for expatriate staff.
* Professional Development: Organizing and documenting employee training, competency assessments, certifications, and performance evaluations within defined budget constraints.
* Event Coordination: Planning and executing company-wide events in accordance with our annual corporate calendar.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive HR reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to meet the needs of company management, external lenders, and government regulators.
* Compliance and Safety: Actively implementing K3LH (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and management systems to uphold our commitment to a "Zero Accident" and "Zero Pollution" workplace.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated professional who is ready to contribute to a dynamic power plant environment. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a minimum of a Diploma III (D3) degree in any field, though candidates with a degree in Psychology are highly preferred.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience: We welcome applications from high-potential fresh graduates; however, candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience in HR administration or recruitment are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to multitask, work with minimal supervision, and foster collaborative relationships within a team.
* Logistical Requirements: Candidates must be willing to be based permanently in Tanjung, Tabalong, South Kalimantan, on a non-roster (residential) basis.
