Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this professional opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Professional Presence: Must possess a professional demeanor and excellent presentation skills.
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in People Development processes or full-cycle recruitment.
* Technical Expertise:
* Proficiency in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) and designing effective training programs.
* In-depth knowledge of various recruitment tools and psychological assessment instruments.
* Advanced analytical skills using MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and Dashboard reporting) and high-level proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
* Personal Attributes: A strong growth mindset, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and high professional resilience.
* Location: Willingness to be stationed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
