* Graduation Status: Must be a fresh graduate with no more than two years of work experience since earning a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Regional Focus: Preference is given to graduates from universities located in Eastern Indonesia (including Makassar, Manado, Ternate, Ambon, and Papua).
* Assessment: Applicants must successfully pass the administrative screening and interview phases.
