## 1. Technology Development & Drone Operations
Our Technology and Drone teams are at the forefront of digital transformation in agriculture, focusing on operational efficiency and robust system security.
Drone Team Section
* Responsibilities: Execute drone flight operations for field mapping, inspection, and documentation; perform maintenance and repairs; analyze field data; and ensure full compliance with aviation regulations.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree in any major with a minimum 3.00 GPA; understanding of drone operations, Mission Planner, and drone maintenance.
Technology Development (Web & IoT)
* Web Developer: Must be proficient in JavaScript/Python, ReactJS, NodeJS, DBMS (SQL/NoSQL), and UI/UX design. Knowledge of Machine Learning is a plus.
* IoT Developer: Requires an S1 degree in Electrical Engineering (Weak Current) or related fields with a strong familiarity with IoT and coding.
* General Requirements: S1 degree, minimum 3.00 GPA, and willingness to be based at our Lampung Tengah/Tulang Bawang site.
## 2. Factory Department
The Factory division ensures high-quality sugar production through a continuous process across six specialized sections:
* Mill & Boiler: Manages sugarcane milling and steam power generation.
* Process House: Oversees juice clarification, evaporation, and crystallization.
* Electric & Instrument: Maintains power supply and precision instrumentation.
* Engineering Service: Focuses on preventative maintenance and machinery repairs.
* Laboratory: Conducts material analysis and calibration.
* Factory Administration Services (FAS): Handles administrative support and personnel policy implementation.
Education Requirements: S1/D3 in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, or Food Science.
## 3. Plantation Department
Our plantation operations encompass land preparation, planting, and harvesting to achieve optimal yield.
* Key Units: Includes Harvesting, Mechanical Harvest, Agro Lab, Biology Control, Cane Breeding, and Stillage management.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics), or Engineering (Geodesy, Surveying). Requires strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
## 4. Workshop Division
The Workshop division is responsible for maintaining the readiness of all heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, and operational vehicles.
* Scope: Troubleshooting and repairing tractors, cane harvesters, bulldozers, excavators, and transport trailers.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering. Candidates must possess strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to preventive maintenance.
## 5. Warehouse & Inventory
This department ensures the seamless flow of materials across our facilities.
* Specializations: Warehouse Plantation (fertilizers), Workshop (spare parts), Factory (machinery parts), Civil (construction materials), and Finish Good Warehouse (FGWH).
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 in any major, minimum 3.00 GPA, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and a disciplined approach to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
