1. HRGA Officer
This role focuses on balancing human resource administration with general affairs operational management.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Management with 1–3 years of experience.
* Expertise: Proficiency in HR administration (attendance, leave, BPJS), facility and vendor management, and documentation.
* Standards: Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/13485 and experience in creating standard operating procedures.
2. Material Planner / Production Planner
Join our supply chain team to optimize production flows and material availability.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in production planning or logistics.
* Skills: Strong ERP system experience and advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
3. Programmer Technician
Help us innovate our technical processes with your programming expertise.
* Requirements: Diploma III in Computer Science or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year in programming; familiarity with PCBA manufacturing is highly preferred.
4. Purchasing / Buyer Senior Officer
Lead our strategic procurement efforts to ensure cost-efficiency and quality supply.
* Requirements: Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably within electronics manufacturing.
* Competencies: Skilled in ERP/SAP usage, contract negotiation, market analysis, and demand forecasting.
5. QEHS Management System (Senior Engineer)
Ensure our operations meet the highest global quality and safety standards.
* Requirements: Diploma degree with 2+ years of experience in quality systems.
* Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, AS 9001, and TS 16949).
6. SMT Supervisor
Oversee our Surface Mount Technology lines to ensure operational efficiency.
* Requirements: Diploma III with 2+ years of SMT-specific experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Core Competencies: Ability to lead a team while adhering to ISO quality frameworks.
7. Sourcing Specialist
Strategically develop our vendor base to drive competitive advantage.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
* Capabilities: Strong track record in supplier development, cost analysis, and price negotiation within the electronics sector.
8. Wire Harness Manufacturing Engineer
Apply your technical expertise to improve our wire harness production output.
* Requirements: Diploma degree with at least 2 years of experience in Wire Harness production.
* Skills: Strong analytical mindset and technical computer proficiency.
