1. Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in expanding our market footprint, managing technical client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Presentations: Draft and deliver comprehensive technical presentations to demonstrate how our cooling tower systems address specific operational needs.
* Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify sales leads, follow up on client inquiries, negotiate contract terms, close deals, and oversee successful delivery arrangements.
* Solution Consulting: Work directly with prospective clients, plant managers, and facility engineers to assess equipment requirements and design optimal cooling solutions.
* Target Achievement: Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
* Market Strategy: Identify commercial gaps, gather competitive intelligence, and propose strategic growth initiatives to executive leadership.
* Account Acquisition: Expand market share by winning contracts from competitors and uncovering new commercial opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B technical sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the HVAC, cooling tower, or industrial machinery sectors.
* Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Working knowledge of Mandarin is a strong advantage.
* Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, interpersonal communication, technical problem-solving, and proficiency in standard office software and reporting tools.
2. Project Management Staff
The Project Management Staff member oversees end-to-end execution, ensuring that cooling tower installation projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with import and customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning: Create comprehensive project schedules, work breakdown structures, and operational timelines.
* Financial Control: Monitor project budgets, track project cash flows, and manage expenditure guardrails.
* Supply Chain Management: Coordinate local procurement and international shipments to guarantee timely delivery of project materials to job sites.
* Customs & Import Compliance: Oversee import clearance activities, manage essential shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Import Declarations, Certificates of Origin, and Free Trade Agreement documentation), and monitor changes in trade laws.
* Regulatory Oversight: Analyze HS codes, ensure compliance with post-border customs rules, and handle specialized import licenses.
* Vendor Management: Supervise equipment suppliers and sub-contractors to maintain quality assurance and schedule integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial), Supply Chain, Management, or Economics.
* Experience: Experience in HVAC, cooling towers, industrial construction, or import/export logistics is preferred. Motivated fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.
