## Role Overview: Operator / Packer (Shift)
We are currently seeking meticulous and driven individuals to join our production team as Operators/Packers. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our machinery and the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical packaging products.
Core Responsibilities
* Material Management: Efficiently transport tubing materials from warehouse pallets to machine-side trolleys.
* Production Oversight: Manage machine tubing intake, monitor output dimensions, and perform rigorous visual inspections to identify defects such as body or oval contamination.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain optimal lubricant levels and monitor overall machine performance throughout the shift.
* Quality Assurance: Document findings in in-process control forms and report any machine malfunctions immediately to the setup assistants, mechanics, and quality engineers.
* Maintenance & Cleanliness: Uphold strict hygiene standards by cleaning machinery and production areas, performing scheduled autonomous maintenance checks, and conducting deep weekly cleanings.
* Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective shift handovers by arriving 10 minutes early to share essential updates and machine status reports with incoming colleagues.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively address minor mechanical issues and perform emergency shutdowns if quality deviations or significant failures occur.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this position, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a vocational degree (STM/SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Repair, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment.
* Physical Requirements: Must have a minimum height of 170 cm and possess clear, non-color-blind vision.
* Availability: Must be fully prepared and willing to work a flexible shift-based schedule.
