## Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking ambitious, innovative graduates who are ready to make a significant impact within the FMCG landscape. To qualify for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s (D4/S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Instrumentation & Control, Metallurgical & Materials, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.25 for undergraduate degrees or 3.50 for postgraduate degrees.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Character: Demonstrate a strong foundation in leadership, an experimental mindset, and a proactive approach to achieving results.
* Engagement: Must possess a history of active involvement in organizations and relevant internship experience.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
