# Launch Your Career: PT Santan Borneo Abadi Mandor Acceleration Program (MAP) Batch XXI
PT Santan Borneo Abadi is a prominent multinational leader specializing in Industrial Plantation Forests (HTI), with expansive operations spanning East, Central, and West Kalimantan. The company is dedicated to sustainable land management, utilizing specialized cultivation techniques to produce timber resources that meet industrial demands while effectively mitigating the pressure on Indonesia’s vital natural rainforests.
Industrial Plantation Forests serve as a strategic pillar for the forestry sector, focusing on the large-scale production of high-quality wood. Since their initial development in the 1990s across Sumatra, these plantations have become essential for sourcing paper pulp, raw industrial materials, and premium construction timber such as meranti.
