## Current Openings and Job Descriptions
1. Project Administrator
The Project Administrator is the backbone of our site operations, ensuring smooth communication, financial tracking, and meticulous document control.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee, organize, and archive all critical project documentation.
* Manage on-site financial administration, including petty cash tracking and expense reconciliations.
* Handle workforce administration, site logistics, and material tracking.
* Manage professional project correspondence and draft comprehensive meeting minutes.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, digital archives, and periodic reporting.
* Foundational knowledge of project financial administration.
* Capable of reading and interpreting construction working drawings.
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willing to be stationed permanently in Bali.
2. Site Manager
Our Site Managers bridge the gap between architectural blueprints and on-site execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within quality standards, and properly supervised.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager with overall planning, execution, and daily supervision.
* Monitor construction progress closely while coordinating effectively with external vendors and field laborers.
* Compile and submit detailed periodic progress reports.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum educational background of vocational high school (SMK) in Civil Engineering or related technical disciplines.
* Fresh graduates with a strong eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
* Proficient in industry-standard software including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
* Solid understanding of architectural and structural working drawings.

* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in the construction or interior design sector.
* Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and SketchUp.
* Capable of thoroughly reading, interpreting, and applying technical project specifications.
