## General and Position-Specific Qualifications
To ensure our team continues to deliver excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria based on their desired role:
* Educational Background:
* Minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) for positions 1, 2, and 3.
* Minimum of a High School diploma or vocational equivalent (SMA/SMK) for positions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
* Industry Experience: Prior working experience in a similar role within an FMCG distribution company is strongly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
* Licensing Requirements:
* Driver's License C (SIM C) and personal vehicle ownership: Required for Sales Supervisors and Salesmen (Roles 4 & 5).
* Driver's License B1 (SIM B1): Required for Drivers (Role 8).
* Driver's License A (SIM A): Required for Branch Managers (Role 1).
* Core Competencies:
* Strong leadership capabilities (essential for roles 1, 2, 3, and 4).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
