This role is designed for individuals eager to bridge the gap between technical engineering and high-level operational strategy within our manufacturing facilities.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Observe active manufacturing sites and formulate strategic improvement initiatives.
* Data Analytics: Evaluate manufacturing performance metrics before and after project implementations to verify effectiveness.
* Reporting: Present progress reports and strategic project results directly to senior management.
* Strategy Support: Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers to drive performance evaluations and contribute to corporate strategic planning.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Experience: Previous work experience of one year is preferred; however, exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Mobility & Commitment: Willingness to relocate across Indonesia and participate in a 6-month to 1-year comprehensive leadership program.

We are seeking dynamic individuals who possess a sharp analytical mind and a passion for retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to drive our market presence.
Core Responsibilities
* Market Intelligence: Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and assess the success of strategic initiatives.
* Strategy Development: Develop, pitch, and execute sales and marketing strategies to senior leadership.
* Performance Optimization: Propose data-driven improvements to existing sales frameworks.
* Managerial Assistance: Partner with Branch Operation Managers or Area Sales Managers to execute strategic goals and evaluate team productivity.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or Entrepreneurship. Candidates from all majors with a strong business interest will be considered.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
