1. Site Manager
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the field.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
* Additional Requirements: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems; possessing a K3 or SKA certificate is considered a distinct advantage.
2. Drafter
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering (fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
* Technical Skills: Mastery of AutoCAD, strong attention to detail, and general computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
3. HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) majoring in Health, Safety, or a related discipline (fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 may apply).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Technical Skills & Knowledge: Well-versed in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), hazard identification, risk management, and accident investigation, paired with computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
* Additional Requirements: Holding an HSE certification and a general K3 certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) is a strong plus.
4. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related role.
* Technical Skills: Competence in AutoCAD, general computer skills, and comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems and materials.
5. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates holding a minimum GPA of 3.00 are encouraged to apply).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
* Technical Skills: Solid computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office applications.
6. Site Engineer (SE)
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering (fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are eligible).
* Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in the field.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, and standard office software.
7. Supervisor (PL)

* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
* Core Competency: Capability to accurately interpret and execute design drawings as operational guides on-site.
8. Surveyor (SVR)
