## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the highest quality of service and operational efficiency, all prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Age Criteria: Applicants must be no older than 28 years of age.
2. Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA) or vocational school degree (SMK) is required.
3. Technical Experience: Prior experience working as an Assembly or Production Operator is highly preferred.
4. Mobility and Documentation: Candidates must possess a personal motorcycle and hold a valid, active SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
5. Location and Availability: Applicants should reside in Karawang or the surrounding regions and must be fully willing and available to be stationed at our Karawang manufacturing facility.
