The Electrical Substation Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, reviewing, and executing complex electrical systems for substation projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
Core Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive detail engineering designs for electrical systems.
* Partner closely with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) division during procurement stages, handling technical clarifications and vendor design reviews.
* Monitor project milestones to ensure all electrical works strictly adhere to the established project schedule.
* Liaise directly with project owners to secure formal approvals for electrical designs.
* Formulate the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and supervise the drafting of Terms of Reference (TOR) for construction tasks.
* Draft technical and data sheet specifications following official project launches.
* Execute value engineering initiatives to optimize overall electrical system designs.
* Prepare precise technical designs that serve as the foundation for the Engineer's Estimate (HPE).
Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience handling Substation (Gardu Induk) projects.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and ETAP.
* Exceptional teamwork abilities with a strong track record of cross-disciplinary collaboration.
## 2. Civil Engineer (Project Based – Substation Project)
