## Open Positions and Detailed Requirements
1. Senior PSC Management Officer
The Senior PSC Management Officer will oversee technical and commercial petroleum arrangements, ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial efficiency across production sharing contracts.
* Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience within the oil and gas industry.
* Core Competencies:
* In-depth understanding of Exploration & Production (E&P) operations and business models.
* Strong techno-commercial expertise regarding Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs), and Unitization Agreements (UAs).
2. Senior Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer

* Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of direct experience in crisis management, emergency response planning, operational risk assessment, and HSE within high-hazard industries (E&P, petrochemicals, or marine operations).

3. Maintenance Planner

* Knowledge of reliability engineering concepts including Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI).

* Experience with Vapor Recovery Units (VRU) and hands-on maintenance tracking using SAP.

* Preferred Certifications:
* OEM vendor training focused on gas turbines or rotating equipment.
* Certified operator for Pedestal Cranes (MIGAS or DISNAKER).

6. Instrument Technician
