## Career Opportunity: Electrical Technician
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our team in Balikpapan. This role is pivotal for maintaining the operational integrity of our electrical infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems through the following tasks:
* Technical Operations: Execution of commissioning, start-up, and maintenance for refinery electrical equipment.
* System Integrity: Conducting thorough inspections of motors, MCC, switchgear, transformers, grounding, and lighting systems.
* Maintenance Execution: Performing both preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with established work orders and maintenance plans.
* Troubleshooting: Identifying electrical abnormalities quickly and safely, followed by expert recommendations.
* Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, equipment status, and diagnostic findings.
* Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to SOPs, Permit to Work protocols, JSA/JHA, and HSSE regulations.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Nationality: Indonesian Citizen.
2. Education: Minimum SMA or SMK level.
3. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical equipment maintenance.
4. Technical Proficiency:
* Ability to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and technical wiring schematics.
* Proficiency in coupling and uncoupling electrical motors and gearboxes.
* Expertise in utilizing specialized electrical measurement instruments.
* Solid foundational knowledge of general electrical equipment.
5. Location: Must reside in Balikpapan or the surrounding areas.
6. Employment Type: Willingness to serve as a Outsourced Personnel (Tenaga Alih Daya).
