## Job Vacancy: SHE Officer (Safety, Health, and Environment)
Pakerin is currently hiring a dedicated SHE Officer to spearhead workplace safety protocols, environmental compliance, and occupational health standards at the manufacturing plant.
Key Candidate Qualifications
Candidates aspiring to secure this role must meet the following professional and educational prerequisites:
* Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree (D4 or S1) in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering (Teknik K3) or Environmental Engineering (Teknik Lingkungan).
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on working experience within the SHE domain, preferably inside a heavy manufacturing or industrial plant setting.
* Mandatory Certifications: Hold a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certification (AK3 Umum).
* Training Background: Completed formal training sessions regarding OHSMS awareness (Training Awareness SMK3).
* Preferred Competencies: Preference will be given to candidates who possess demonstrable experience in establishing and implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) directly within a workplace environment.
* Personal Attributes: Display high levels of professional loyalty, personal accountability, and ethical responsibility.
* Work Location: The position is stationed permanently at the company’s manufacturing facility located in Mojokerto, East Java.
