* Oversee and control the tissue manufacturing workflow via Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to guarantee strict adherence to quality metrics and output goals.
2. Production Technician DCS Winder & Rewinder Tissue
* Manage the rewinding operations utilizing DCS technology to ensure flawless product consistency and seamless line efficiency.
3. Production Technician Rewinder Tissue
* Direct the physical rewinding machinery, guaranteeing that tissue roll fabrication operates smoothly and meets all established benchmark standards.
4. Production Technician Stock Preparation
* Regulate the material preparation and continuous supply chain feeding into the tissue machinery for maximum operational throughput.
5. Production Technician Tissue Machine – Wet End & Dry End

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Holds a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in an engineering discipline.
* Health and Fitness: Demonstrates excellent physical and mental well-being to handle demanding industrial tasks.
* Work Location: Prepared to be stationed permanently at our operational plant in Sungai Baung, Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra.
* Schedule Flexibility: Willing to commit to a shift-work schedule and work overtime whenever operational demands dictate.
* Safety Awareness: Possesses a solid comprehension of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols and standards.
