## Position Overview: Maintenance Operator
As a Maintenance Operator at our state-of-the-art facility, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal machine performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting our continuous production targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance routines across all electrical and mechanical systems to ensure seamless facility operations.
* Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Rapidly identify and resolve mechanical and operational machinery issues to maintain high productivity standards.
* Activity Reporting: Document and compile comprehensive reports detailing daily maintenance activities, equipment status, and interventions performed.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this exciting role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) specializing in electrical or mechanical engineering.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related manufacturing or maintenance field.
* Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; familiarity with semi-automation or automation technologies is a distinct advantage, alongside strong machine-operation troubleshooting skills.
