1. Operational and Technical Support Roles (Operator Level)
This category encompasses vital hands-on roles responsible for maintaining production efficiency, logistics, and facility safety.
* Technical Support Sales: Open to male candidates with a background in Building Construction, Concrete Steel, Woodworking, or Property Crafts (Vocational/SMK). Willingness to travel out-of-town is required. Placement: Demak, Semarang, Solo, and Banyumas.
* Mekanik & Elektrik: Open to male applicants holding a Vocational degree (SMK) in Electrical Power, Industrial Electronics, Machine Engineering, or Welding. Shift work required. Placement: Demak.
* Quality Control: Open to male and female candidates with a Science (SMA IPA) or Industrial Chemistry (SMK) background. Shift work required. Placement: Demak.
