Upon successful completion of the training phase, participants will be placed in critical operational functions, including:

## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the PT Nusa Lestari Indah Graduate Trainee Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Academic Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Agriculture, Forestry, or a closely related field.
2. Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
3. Age Restriction: Applicants must be no older than 25 years of age.
4. Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with a maximum of two years of relevant work experience.
5. Commitment: Candidates must be willing to undergo a rigorous 6-month training program followed by a 12-month service bond agreement.
