We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Production Operator at PT Nipsea Paint and Chemical (Nippon Paint). This is a vital role within our manufacturing facility, ensuring that we continue to deliver the premium quality our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our production standards. Your core duties will include:
* Production Execution: Executing manufacturing processes in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and internal work instructions.
* Preparation: Organizing raw materials and essential equipment prior to the commencement of production cycles.
* Equipment Management: Operating and maintaining production machinery while adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring production stages to ensure they meet internal standards before items are passed to the Quality Control (QC) department.
* Documentation: Accurately maintaining production checklists and essential operational documents.
* Sampling: Collecting and delivering paint samples throughout the production process for laboratory inspection.
* Logistics Preparation: Preparing finished paint products for technical assessment or distribution to our customers.
* Operational Oversight: Reporting any equipment malfunctions or process inconsistencies to management immediately.
* Compliance: Strictly adhering to company regulations, including our Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMU) or equivalent.
2. Experience: Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
