## 1. Production Operator
The Production Operator plays a vital role in ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in strict adherence to company safety and quality standards.
Key Qualifications
* Male applicants with a maximum age of 28 years old.
* Minimum education requirement of Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) equivalent.
* Prior working experience as a Production Operator within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
* Possesses a strong professional attitude, high integrity, discipline, accountability, and a robust work ethic.
* Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Physically and mentally fit to handle operational tasks.
* Highly detail-oriented, eager to learn, and disciplined.
* Willing to work in a shift-based schedule system.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
* Operate manufacturing machinery strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Execute production workflows to successfully achieve predetermined output targets.
* Maintain strict product quality control to meet internal company standards.
* Conduct routine inspections and accurately document production processes.
* Keep the workstation clean and strictly implement occupational health and safety (K3) protocols.
* Report any operational bottlenecks or technical issues immediately to the supervisor.
## 2. Forklift & Reach Truck Operator
The Forklift and Reach Truck Operator is responsible for managing warehouse logistics, ensuring the safe and efficient movement, loading, and unloading of materials within the facility.
Key Qualifications
* Male applicants with a maximum age of 35 years old.
* Minimum education requirement of Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) equivalent.
* Mandatory requirement: Must possess a valid Operating License (SIO) for Forklifts.
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating a Forklift and/or Reach Truck.
* Proficient in operating both Counterbalance Forklifts and Reach Trucks safely and accurately.
* Well-versed in warehouse safety guidelines and occupational health and safety (K3) regulations.
* High level of discipline, responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork skills.
* Willing to work on rotating shifts whenever necessary.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
* Operate material handling equipment, including Forklifts and Reach Trucks, following strict safety protocols.
* Handle cargo loading, unloading, and systematic warehouse storage procedures.
* Ensure the safety and integrity of goods throughout the handling and transit process.
* Perform daily pre-operation and post-operation equipment checkups.
* Maintain the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall operational condition of assigned machinery.
* Strictly comply with all internal and national workplace safety regulations (K3).
